Before You Order

A few practical checks help you choose the right Halloween detail for your space. If a product page does not answer your question, contact us before ordering with the product name and the variant you are considering.

Choose the variant carefully

Check the selected colour, design, size and pack quantity. The price and photograph may change when you select another option. Review your chosen variant again in the cart.

Measure your space or check the fit

For decor, measure the available width, depth and height. For a light string, measure its planned route and allow access to the power source. For costume accessories, compare the listed dimensions with your measurements and consider movement and visibility.

Check power and pack contents

Look for battery requirements, USB power details and the packing list. Batteries, power adapters and props are included only when the product information says so. Ask us to confirm anything that is unclear.

Plan for the intended location

Do not assume a decorative item is suitable outdoors. Check its stated rating and instructions, including the battery box or power supply. Keep decorations away from heat and do not obstruct exits, walkways or safety equipment.

Ordering for an event

Delivery depends on the product and destination. If you need an item for a party or Halloween, contact us before ordering to check the current estimate. An event date is not a delivery guarantee.

Help with an existing order

Use our contact form and include your order number, product name and a short description of the issue. Do not include payment-card details.
